At Ten Little Indians we respect your privacy and as such your personal details will be kept safe and confidential and will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold unless otherwise required by law, and will only be used to process your order.

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%).  Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Ten Little Indians strives to provide you with products that are of a high quality but if for some reason you are unhappy due to the size, colour, or the product just isn’t how you expected then please contact us and we will replace the item, provide you with an alternative or refund the item value in full. 

Sale Items - Sorry no refunds will be given on sale items and sale items are not exchangeable or able to be placed on back order.

If for some reason beyond our control you receive a damaged parcel (we take great care in providing you with a beautifully wrapped package!) please contact us so that we can discuss appropriate action. 

If a product you would like is listed as “out of stock” please contact us and we will endeavour to order it for you or for you to be placed on a list to be one of the first to know when the item is back in stock.  In the unlikely event that an item displayed becomes unavailable we will contact you within 48 hours to organize an alternative product, place the item on backorder for you or cancel the order.

If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value.  Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges. Items for refund or exchange will only be accepted if the garment is unworn and unwashed with tags and packaging intact.

To organize an exchange or refund you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel.  You can contact us by email at sales@tenlittleindians.com.au or phone us on 1300 85 91 61.  Once you have notified us place the item in the mail and include a self addressed envelope and we will return the item to you as soon as we receive the original.

Misplaced Orders

All Ten Little Indians parcels are sent via Australia Post EParcel therefore your parcel can be tracked at all times.  If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time contact us and we will track it for you.

Ordering

Ten Little Indians likes to provide our customers with a safe and easy shopping experience.  So at the checkout you have the options of:

Paying by Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard).  And feel safe in the fact that we are running on a secure server using 128 bit SSL encryption using Westpac Web Advantage. 

If you would like to use your credit card but would prefer to place your order by phone choose the 'Pay by Credit Card via Phone' option and then phone us on 1300 85 91 61 and we will process your order manually.  If we do not hear from you within 24 business hours we will attempt to contact you on the contact number provided.

OR choose the ‘Direct Deposit’ option.  You will then be presented with our Banking Details.  Please use your order number as your deposit reference.  And once your funds have cleared we will send your beautiful package to you straight away.

If neither of these options suits you, please phone us on: 1300 85 91 61 and we will attempt to come to an arrangement which is satisfactory to both parties.

If there is another way you would prefer to pay us such as cheque, please either e-mail, fax or phone us.  We are only too happy to help!
